Jarrah Honey originates in the ancient Jarrah forests of south-west Western Australia — a distinctive natural environment where the native Eucalyptus marginata gives this remarkable honey its authentic origin and character.
Fewster’s Farm brings over 125 years of family beekeeping heritage together with professional production, independently verified quality, documented organic credentials and biodynamic beekeeping principles.
Internationally recognised for its exceptional honey and premium presentation, Jarrah Honey Europe brings Fewster’s Farm rare Western Australian product to the European market.
Rare by origin. Distinctive by nature.
SINCE 1898 · WESTERN AUSTRALIAN ORIGIN · LABORATORY-TESTED TA · INTERNATIONAL AWARDS

A distinguished, high-activity Jarrah honey combining independently measured Total Activity with authentic Western Australian origin and versatile premium enjoyment.

An accessible introduction to authentic Jarrah Honey, offering its characteristic rich amber colour, smooth caramel profile and measured Total Activity.

Available in selected 250 g and 500 g glass presentations, 500 g PET formats and exclusive Diamond Jar with Gift Box editions, depending on the grade.

Born from the blossoms of Western Australia’s native Jarrah tree, this distinctive honey is valued for its rare origin, rich amber colour, smooth caramel character and naturally occurring bioactive compounds.
Its Total Activity (TA) is independently measured, providing a scientific distinction between the three grades.
Rare Origin · Measured Activity · Authentic Provenance · Distinctive Character
What makes Total Activity different?
Total Activity (TA) measures honey’s antibacterial activity under defined laboratory conditions. Unlike Manuka’s commonly used MGO measurement, TA assesses overall activity through a different testing method.
TA55+, TA45+ and TA30+ identify progressively different measured activity grades. They are not direct MGO equivalents.

We are not building a conventional distributor network.
Jarrah Honey Europe carefully selects established national partners with the market access, commercial capability and long-term commitment to develop Fewster’s Farm Premium Jarrah Honey successfully within their respective markets.
